  [S56] Funeral Home Obituaries & Funeral Notices, 8 Aug 2013. Kenneth “Kenny” Raymond Keib, Jr., 57, of Romney, West Virginia died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in the Winchester Medical Center. Mr. Keib was born in 1956 in Washington, D.C., the son of Shirley Jo Powers of Florida and the late Kenneth R. Keib, Sr. He was a graduate of Crossland Senior High School in Oxon Hill, Maryland where he studied for the Electrical field. He also went to trade school and received Welding and Fiber Optical Certificates. He was employed with P.A.E. as a Journeyman Electrician retired in 2001. He was a member of Local 99 Engineers Union. Mr. Keib married Deborah (Cornwell) Keib on July 19, 1975 in Fort Washington, Maryland. Surviving with his wife are his mother and stepfather, Ed Powers; two daughters, Jennifer Marie Wiseman and spouse, Michael, of Winchester, VA and Zoe Marie Keib of Romney, WV; a son, Kenneth Raymond Keib, III of Pasadena, MD; six grandchildren, Julianna, Justin, Jonathan, and Jacob Wiseman and Jocelyn and Mya Keib; and two sisters, Linda Cayton and spouse, Dixie, of Newark, Ohio and Nancy Jones and spouse Richard, of Gainesville, Florida. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, 1260 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Saturday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel with Pastor Mark Carey from Fellowship Bible Church officiating. Interment will be private.
